On detecting automatic updates I’m getting the following error dialog appear within MyEclipse…
“If you continue with this update/install the resulting configuration will contain duplicate conflicts…”
The dialog then shows two folders for each of the following areas…
* ICEFaces Ajax
* Matisse4MyEclipse
* Maven4MyEclipse
* MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench
* MyEclipse reportsUnder each area it lists a ‘version 6.5.12’ and ‘Version 6.6.0’ folder.
What’s going on?? How do I fix this?

You should be fine to allow the ugprade, the platform will pick and load the higher version of those plugins which will all be 6.6.0 after the upgrade.
AFter installing the changes things got progressively worse. In the end I had to un-install and re-install the latest version
