I have Eclipse 2.1.1 and MyEclipse 2.6.3. I am trying to work through the XDoclet web tutorial. When I open MyEclipse-XDoclet properties, then when I click Appy or OK, I get “Failed to save configuration” java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException.

Properties cannot be saved after this.

    Andrew,

This problem has been seen when the JDK used to run Eclipse has specified a different XML processing environment than the default (endorsed dirs, etc). Please see the following thread for a rundown on the topic:

I have the same problem. The thread you propose has not ended and did not result in an solution yet.
    I have also I have Eclipse 2.1.1 and MyEclipse 2.6.3 with j2sdk1.4.1_02.
I have removed the library jre/lib/endorsed, but the problem does not go away.
