Hi there,

Ever since I have upgraded to 8.6, when I try to close multiple projects (e.g. close unrelated projects), the project appears closed but the progress bar shows it’s still closing. It will be there even if I can to cancel the request. Closing MyEclipse doesn’t work too, it will just hang there waiting for “Close Project” to end. The only way to kill it is to find the process in Window Task Manager and kill myeclipse.exe. When I try to load up MyEclipse again, the project is still opened and I will have to wait for the whole building space process until we can start using it again.

Any ideas what I should look for to have this fixed? Many thanks.

I cannot replicate this issue at my end. Can you answer below queries –
1. Can you open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench and copy and paste Version and Build ID
2. Can you copy and paste your installation details, located here – MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
3. Open Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center. Select Dashboard tab. Check if there are any updates available. Please apply the updates and restart IDE.

I would recommend you open MyEclipse using -clean. Please refer – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/troubleshoot-using-the-clean-command-line-argument/
