I’ve just downloaded MobiOne. It was working ok for a while. I tried to open it and it wouldn’t stay open. Then I reinstalled the whole program, checked everything and it just opened. Then I clicked out of something and now it won’t open again. Am just a beginner at trying to make an app so be gentle with me!
Some questions:
– Did you have this problem with Mobione version 1.5 or 2.0M1?
– Did you install MobiOne to default location proposed by installer?
– Does this hapen with the Test Center? Please try to open TC and then the Design Center.
– Please send us your mobione log file so that we may look deeper into the problem. You can find it in the .mobione subdirectory of your home directory. Specifically look here <user-home> \ .mobione\ runtime\ .metadata\.log. If you don’t see this file you may need to enable the File Explorer to show hidden files (i.e., files that start with ‘.’ dot).Using 1.5
