Just upgraded to 4.0.3. I now have a problem deploying my struts apps. The first deploy always works. On subsequent deployments it fails with “unable to deploy due to changes in underlying blah blah”. If I restart eclipse, it deploys fine on the first try, same on subsequent. I have been able to determine that it appears to be a problem with struts.jar in the deployment directory getting locked somehow. Has anyone else seen this?
Never a problem with this prior to 4.0.3
