Sorry to see this problem. We are not able to immediately replicate this problem. But we have done some investigation for what might cause it. Can you please this process and share the result:
1) open the design file for this list layout screen in the Visual Designer
2) generate code for the app and evaluate, e.g., Run in Test Center or Publish as Mobile Web App
– does the list layout problem go away?We would like to try it out on your project with our fix.
