    I have executed the download of FullStack_MyEclipseEnterprice…. .exe on my pc (I have windows xp) but
    self extractor does not extract.
    ???

    Did you double check the size of the downloaded file matches the size on the website? I believe the download should be in the ballpark of 270MB.

    the size of the downloaded file is 54,2MB.
    it can be that the proxy or firewall of my client lan blocks the full downloaded?

    Yes, it looks like your proxy is blocking the download. You will need to try and download from a different location or ask your network adminsitrator to download the file for you.
