I am using Eclipse 3.1.2 and MyEclipse 4.1.1.
    I am having 2 problems.
For different projects i have set the property under java compiler -> errors/warnings to show an error if deprecated API is used. But this does not work on some projects and works on some projects. I don’t get the red box with white cross.
another problem, for a particular project, at the project node it shows red box with white cross as indicating some error exists but none of the files under it show error mark. I can compile this project and build jars and deploy it and use it. I am puzzled as to where the error exists.

    Thanks for the help.

    SK,
Make sure you refresh your project (right-click on the root and go to Refresh), then go to Project > Clean, and clean that project and see if that helps.
