Yesterday morning I started having an issue with MyEclipse. After I checked updated early yesterday morning I began having an issue when checking out. Immediately after I check out a project, every child in the tree of the project and the project itself are instantly marked as conflicting. However, when I try go to Team, Compare to Latest from repository, I get a dialog that says No differences found. I was using MyEclipse 9 with the Google plug-in and the subversive plugin.
I have tried the following: Project Clean, Maven Clean, Rebuild, F5, Override and Update, New Workspace, New Eclipse instance.
Have also tried to nuke every file and directory for Eclipse on this machine, ran a disk clean up, defrag, and then reinstalled Eclipse. Still marking the files as conflicting upon check-out.
Honestly I’m completely out of ideas, it has been over 24 hours of sitting on the phone with other colleagues and trying everything I know. Also, of course this would happen with our release of our new beta program next Friday! I was way ahead and now after dealing with this for 2 days, I’m way behind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve turned down several dead ends, hopefully someone knows a trick, thank you!
