How can I publish apps on a PC without owning a Mac ? I Already have a ios developer license.
I need a developer certificate.

There seem to be three strategies that work:

1. Use AppUploader service and pay $5 per upload (talked about extensively on this forum)
2. Emulate OSX on your PC
3. Marry a woman who owns a Mac. This has worked very well for me.
