Q1:
After updated to 2013/14, found import project need a “Migration” process.
I don’t know what is it for, never met before myeclipse2013, would somebody willing to tell me?

Same after 2013/14, can’t find config window for embedded struts2 , only found struts1 config that I knows little. Where have it gone?

Projects created in older versions of MyEclipse will need to be migrated to work in MyEclipse 2013 and higher versions. Please check this link for more information on Project migration and changes starting in MyEclipse 2013.
Regarding struts 2 configuration page, you can find it under Window > Preferences> MyEclipse > Project Libraries and enter ‘Struts 2’ in the filter textbox.
