Per the 3.8.4 documenation I should be able to right click on a database icon in Database Explorer and select “Create E-R Diagram”. However I see no such menu pick. Do I need to turn it on some how?

That will give us some context so that we can determine if this is an installation issue, a configuration problem, or a bug. Thanks.
Just clarifying that you have to right click on Schema to see the Create ER Diagram menu item, not a Database. Just expand your database tree in the DB Explorer tree view until you hit schema level and right click that. If you’re already doing this – please post information Riyad requested above.
