at the moment only this option works only for java files why not jsp, js, html etc……?

Do you mean the “Show in package explorer” that is available from the right-click context menu inside the java editor?

If you do mean “Show in package exploer” like Greg asked above, you can still invoke that from the Navigate menu or use a keyboard shortcut to bring up the “Show in” menu (Alt + Shift + W) by default.
Does that work for you?

this option is not available from the right click menu – “Alt + Shift + W” works though but can this be set to always got to “navigator” by default instead of showing a menu with “Spring beans” (what ever the hell that is?) ?

Unfortuantely there is no way to remove the “Show in” popup menu afaik. (I freuqently use Alt + Shift + W + DOWN_ARROW to select the Package Explorer myself)
I understand the absence of this option in the editor context menu, I’ll file an enhancement request for it.
