Odd. All that looks OK. The issue might be the version of Internet Explorer you have installed. Can you provide that version number / update it to the latest and see if that resolves the issue? If that doesn’t do it, we’re shipping MyEclipse 4.1 in several hours so an update and -clean restart with that version might also clear things up.
