When you refector a Java package (via java name), the JSPs do not all get changed in the page import statements.

Furthermore, the JSPs are not recompiled against the name change, so they do not show up in the Problem log as no longer compiling.

You need to open them up to get the error displayed.

Very true. Right now JSPs don’t participate in Java refactoring. We’ve got an open enhancement request for this and hope to address it in an upcoming release. Sorry for the inconvenience in the interim.
