    Hi,
I have MyEclipse 4.0.0. running on top of Eclipse 3.1.1 and I have a problem with the “refresh” in the MyEclipse view.
I have created several subfolders (in the J2EE perspective) under another folder but in the MyEclipse view they didn’t appear.
When I try to create the subfolder with the same name (in the MyEclipse view) it is not possible because I receive the message that the folder still exists.
Is there a problem with the refresh?

    Regards
    Marcel

    Marcel,
If you right click on the root of your project and select Refresh do they appear?

You can turn on automatic refreshing from Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > “Automatically refresh”

    Marcel,

If you still have issues with after refresh, could you be a little more specific as to which view you created the folders in and which view in the MyEclipse perspective you are unable to see them in? I’m assuming you can’t see them in the Package Explorer?

Something to try and check is whether your folders are “filtered” out for some reason. Pull down the Package Explorer’s menu and click “Filters…” to check that out.

    Best,
    Brian.
