Refreshing Marker View Error

    Has anyone run into this error after installing 3.8.4? The error is from the “Errors Running Operations”
    dialog and the contents are “Refreshing marker view (Error:Error). I have upgraded
    to 3.8.5 and I still get the error.

    What version of Eclipse are you using? (Help > About menu you can check it)

    Also did you try restarting with -clean? Does this happen every time you restart or only the first time you started after installing MyEclipse?

    I am using version 3.0.2.

    I did start with -clean option but I stil get the error.

    The error comes up during startup everytime and when saving.

    Try right clicking on your project and going to MyEclipse > Remove all Validation Markers, then do a Project > Clean on your project then try and restart. Maybe there is an invalid marker in there that the workbench doesn’t understand.
