I had to format my computer. Now when I try to reinstall Mobione, I get the message “License activation must be completed within 5 days.”

How can I reinstall Mobione? Please help.

Hi Sergio,

You need to activate your Mobione license code like you did the first time you installed it. Click on Save and activate now and follow the instructions. If you need further asistance let me know.

Like Sergio, I have also reformatted my system. After re-installing MobiOne, I proceed to activate the software. However the activation wizard says my licence code is not valid. I have tried entering the 25 alphanumeric code twice with and without the ‘-‘ and still no joy. What is wrong?

In order to investigate this problem could you send us the email you used to registered mobione and the license key you got? Send private data to support at genuitec dot com, use title mobione license daya from kal380
