Hi.

I would just like to know if we can use the same subscription code if in case we need to do a reinstall (or transfer the application from one machine to another). I think there is only one Subscriber code available (not uniquely named) since we purchased a group subscription, so I’m a bit worried that the subscription count might be reduced when we do reinstallation. Say if we uninstall it from the other machine but installed a new myeclipse on another, how will that affect the count?

Ingrid,

Yes, you can use the same subscription code to install on a different machine. Please ensure that you have wiped out the traces of ME from your previous machine and are no longer using the same subscription code elsewhere. In case of multiple subscriptions, please ensure that the the number of users using the subscription are limited to the count of group subscription.
