    Hi,
    is it possible to deploy an application from MyEclipse on Citrix/Windows to Websphere 6.1 on an AIX remote machine if we have defined a filesystem from AIX to the MyEclipse machine with Samba.

    Yes. You will have to use the <Custom Location> deployment option.
