Hi All,
I found a frustrating bug in MyEclipse.
If we have a database connection in MyEclipse Database Explorer open and an SQL editor which is unsaved (I tried with an SQL editor with an “unnamed” file), and then press the Restart Server button (the server was running), then the server stops but it is not restarted.
Instead a Problem Occured dialog pops up with Invalid Thread access specified as reason. Details listed is:
“An internal error occurred during: “ServerRestartAction_server_restart”.
Invalid thread access”
The stop action works without a problem separately. The start action brings up the question if the sql editor is to be saved or not. If I press no, then after that it starts the server without a problem.
Obviously the problem with the restart action is that this question is not displayed and that I did not specify if I want to save the editor
Best regards,
Robert
