Can’t I run Mobione app on android device directly, while connected via USB, and debug it in Developer Console on chrome?

In MobiOne building an android app without specifying a cert automatically enables the app for debugging using the Chrome remote debugging tools. The app must be installed on an android 4.4 or greater device to use the chrome debugger. As an alternative to the chrome debugging tools consider our new “free” GapDebug tool that support debugging of both andoid and ios apps.
