Hello everyone,, I was wondering is there a way to save the form locally rather than send it.. so the user can leave the app and come back and the info will still be there ?

Your question is very similar to this one. But instead saving the comboboxes values and load saved data when app is opened again you should save textfields data. You can find the snippets to get/set values with jquery to Mobione widgets in next doc:
