louisonealMemberHi,
My app is basically ready to go, but I notice something strange when tested during the iOS build application phase. When I upload the app to test via the mobile upload application option, my scroll panel pages (under THWPersian Persian page and THWArabic Arabic page) scroll very smoothly and fast on my iPhone. But when I do the iOS build application upload those same scroll panels hesitate and scroll much slower. Can you please let me know why this is occuring, as it make my app seem slightly less responsive than it is in the mobile upload.
I have used the wetransfer.com to upload my entire MobiOne project to support at genuitec.com. I’ve included all of the mobi files and images. Outside of this issue my app is completely done. Please let me know if you need anything else for you to test the issue I’ve mentioned.
Thank you so much for your help and for making a great product.
Louis

support-octavioMemberHi Louis,
I’ve reviewed our support email and didn’t find your project, what is its size? Could you try again and send files to my email (octavio at genuitec dot com) too? Please include all your files in a zip file and use title Mobione data from louisoneal

louisonealMemberHi Octavio,
I sent the file using Wetransfer. The zip file is about 85mb large, and installed on my iPhone it states the size to be 53.4mb (go figure). I just sent the file again through wetransfer to your email address and to the support at genuitec dot com address. I’ll see if I can send the zip file through my regular email address to you as well.
Please let me know if you receive it.
Thanks.

louisonealMemberThanks for checking out the app for me.
I just want to verify if your team is seeing the same issue that I am. When I test the app during on the iPhone build, I am using the 4S model. I’m not sure if that little bit of information will help any, but it was worth as shot.
Please let me know if there is any other information you need from me. I would love to submit my app to Apple with the next week or so.
Thanks.

louisonealMemberHi Octavio,
I made the changes suggested in your last email. I changed some of the root pages (Arabic and Persian) to dynamic by selecting Ajax as the page architecture. This design decision does in fact solve the problem of the page scrolling too slow, now it moves smooth and fast, which is great.
But…..I was wondering about something new I noticed and what you mentioned in your last email. When I click on the Arabic and Persian list there is slight delay (which is fine), but there is also a message that appears in the middle of the screen called “loading.” I don’t so much care about the tiny delay, but is there a way to remove the “loading message” from appearing at all. I’d rather have the small delay on button select than have that loading message appear every time on the screen.
Other than that, my app is basically ready to go. Thanks for your help, I look forward to your feedback.

support-octavioMemberHi Louis,
I’ve request an approach for this issue and I got the next example that meets your requirement but NOTE that’s a hack and can stop working in next M1 version but if you want to use it until we implemented improvement – it’s up to you.
