I am getting the same problem that Marvin posted at https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/build-id-6-5-0-ga-20080609-quot-search-quot-functions-d/&highlight=search+disabled.

To clarify, when an editor has focus, clicking on the search toolbar option presents the search options, enabled as expected. However, selecting the search option when an element in the package explorer or navigator has focus presents all the search options disabled. This means that I cannot search through files contained in a selected element.

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

I’m running 6.5.0-GA-20080609

Like Marvin, my problem seems to have gone away. I guess simply posting here fixes it!

The only things that I recall doing since the issue was last apparent was closing all open editors and synchronising a project with CVS.

Strange, but I don’t mind now everything’s ok.
