    We see in SDC-Admin Console follwing Notofication:

    “Server database behind; requests are being queued as some database writes have been queued for more than 30 minutes”

    We have this error since update to version “secure-delivery-hub-2017-sr2a-installer-linux”.

    Error Logs:

    Call: UPDATE ID_GEN SET ID_VAL = ID_VAL + ? WHERE ID_NAME = ?
    bind => [2 parameters bound]
    Query: DataModifyQuery(name=”METRIC_TICK_VAL” sql=”UPDATE ID_GEN SET ID_VAL = ID_VAL + ? WHERE ID_NAME = ?”)
    [EL Warning]: 2018-04-12 11:50:34.404–ClientSession(71601)–Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services – 2.3.0.v20110604-r9504): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException

    Any Idea?

    Thanks

    Hey,

    Could you share with us the complete log of the Delivery Hub? Have you checked if there is enough Hard Drive space on your system? Does the log mention something about memory? Does a restart of the Delivery Hub Service helps?

    Best Regards

    Hi Ignacio,
    thx for you fast answer. A restart does help, no errors in Logs.

    Best
