Hi. i have download MobiOne Designe Trial Version and when i want send the app with email on my iphone it give to me this error: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://mobioneappsync.appspot.com:80/postdesign/. I want buy Mobione but if this error is permanent i change idea…it’s the best software for creare app…please somebody help me…
I’m sorry to hear the Send-to-Phone (AppSync) is giving you fits. The MobiOne lead dev has been analyzing why this service goofs up in some cases like your’s. We believe the cause is related to upload timeouts on slow networks and/or large upload packets that cause Google AppEngine to drop the request. We have an upgrade plan to improve both how we use Google AppEngine and the upload mechanism in MobiOne to “hopefully” eliminate this timeout problem. It will be 2-3 weeks before this upgrade will be ready for use.
Suggestions:
1) Make sure you have the quickest internet connection possible and keep trying to use the Sent To Phone feature with the hopes that it will succeed (it does work, I promise).2) If you have your own personal web server you can upload all of the web content generated by MobiOne to it. I realize this can be a little cumbersome.
