    Hi there
I remember having seen the option ‘Show Heap Status’ under ‘MyEclipse’ menu in 5.0 GA. I now have 5.1.0 GA but don’t see it. How will I see the heap status?
    OS: XP.
    thanks

    krishns,
we didn’t remove this feature in 5.1, I just checked my local testing install and it’s still there. I wonder if you have an install conflict? How did you upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1? did you simply install a new copy of 5.1 ontop of your existing 5.0 copy?

Nope. 5.0 & 5.1 GA are in two different machines. I uninstalled 5.0 GA in my other box to utilize 5.1 GA in my new box. Let me re-install this 5.1.0 GA and see if the problem disappears.
    Thanks.

Well I’m stumped… can you post a screenshot of what your Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration screen looks like with the Eclipse and MyEclipse nodes expanded?

An easy way is to click the PM button under my post and send me a message with the screenshot attached please. Also include a url to this thread so I have a link back to your post.

Can you do me a favor and download our All-In-One installer from our download section and install it to a brand new location? I noticed in your screenshot that you are running ontop of Eclipse 3.2, but MyEclipse 5.1 is specifically built ontop of Eclipse 3.2.1.

Using the All-In-One installer will rectify this situation quickly and get you setup in a working configuration.
