Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you answer below queries –
1. Copy and paste your installation detail. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > installation Details
2. Are you behind firewall / proxy? If yes, please ensure you have setup your proxy here – window > preferences > general > network connections and retry
3. I need to take a look at your .log to verify the actual cause of your SAWC not being available. Please open your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log and copy and paste relevant details here.
Alternatively, you can update your ME 9.0 to 9.1 using pulse. Here is what you need to do –
[In case you are behind proxy / firewall. Turn on the [Caps Lock] key and open pulse, this will prompt you to set your proxy details.]
1. Open Pulse (Start > Programs > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
2. Login to pulse
3. Select Eclipse – Helios realm from top left hand corner dropdown
4. Select MyEclipse 9.0 from My profiles
5. Right click on the same and click on [re-install and run]. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps and apply the upgrade to 9.1
6. When prompted, please choose to restart the IDE
