Frank LawlorParticipantI am running into the subject error when I try to open the Configuration Center.
I read the post: “Software and Workspace Center is currently not availab https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/quot-software-and-workspace-center-is-currently-not-availab/
but the directions don’t make any sense for the current poweredbypulse site setup.I tried downloading pulse4-win64.zip and McAfee says it is infected with a virus and won’t load it.
How do I fix this?
Does it really take a re-install!

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
1. I could download Pulse and my anti virus does not complain about the virus. Can you please recheck your anti virus settings or try downloading the Pulse again?
2. Can you please share the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ?
3. How did you install MyEclipse ? Is it using the offline installer/pulse or archived update site?
4. If you have installed MyEclipse using an offline installer, you can re run it and select repair option and see if it fixes the issue. If it does not fix the issue, I am afraid you have to try a reinstall of MyEclipse.
5. If the problem persists even after the reinstall, please switch to a new workspace, replicate the issue and copy paste the contents of the .log file here for us.

Unfortunately I no longer have the installer.
I notice that 10.7 is available from MyEclipse for download.
Can I use that for a repair install or do I need 10.5?
If I need 10.5, where can I get that?Thanks

You can update to 10.7.1 using the 10.7.1 installer and take advantage of the improvements we made since 10.5.

If the issue persists, please share the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log along with the OS version and details.

Can you point me to where I can get a copy of the 10.5 all-in-one installer?Installing a new version will require a lot of configuration and project re-loading that will waste at least a day.
