Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We could also replicate another issue regarding the ‘MetaData dialect’. In the ‘select database tables’ section, if you change ‘MetaData dialect’ to ‘OracleMetaDataDialect’ and then changing it back to ‘default’ will throw an error during scaffolding generation. If the ‘MetaData dialect’ is left with the ‘default’ value, scaffolding process is completed successfully. So, the ‘MetaData Dialect’ in the ‘select database tables’ section of spring scaffolding wizard should be left as the ‘default’ setting.
I have filed a bug report regarding this issue and our dev team will look into it.
