I purchased the standard subscription for use the mobile tools that in this page explain that include this subscription:

The problem it’s that when I try to start the simulation or create the app file an error occurs that say “Invalid Subscription Level” and say that I need the Professional license.

I hope this has some explanation because in this case is not the same features that include the standard license with the features that explain in the web page.

This is an error on our feature page – the Mobile tools are not Standard but are Pro only. Please write to subscriptions@genuitec.com with a link to this thread and your subscription key and code – we will work it out.
