I have j2sdk-1_4_2_10-windows-i586-p.exe and j2eesdk-1_4_01-windows.exe and eclipse-SDK-3.1-win32.zip instaled on my PC (WinXP). When I run MyEclipse instaler and clicked all Next buttons, MyEclipse installer check the light with describe Installing … and do nothing. I’ve see the screan without progres bar but with small button Cancel. I’m trying to install that ver. of MyEclipse EnterpriseWorkbenchInstaller_4.0GA_E3.1.exe.

If you are having problems with the automated installation, you can use the manual install download from the Downloads page. Once you unzip the contents of the manual install package, the installation instructions will be inside.
