    Opening my struts-config.xml file and switching to design mode shows me my flow layout. I wisht to save this a jpeg which used to be an option when right clicking. Is there a setting for this that I may have overriden?

    That is really odd – no, there is no way in which the export action gets disabled.
    Are you sure you’re using ME 3.8.3? 🙂

    Also, are all the other context menu Items showing up fine?

    Not sure what the problem was, but uninstalling and reinstalling 3.8.3 fixed the problem.
