– even though generated by editor! I am following the tutorial on:

Great site, btw. When I choose the “JSP with Struts 1.2” template, the generated JSP doesn’t recognize the <html:…/> tags. In fact, the editor is flagging the html tags as errors, and won’t validate. Any ideas? 🙁

Did you create a MyEclipse Web Project? Prior to creating the JSP page did you add struts capabilities to it with MyEclipse > Add Struts Capabilities…? Did you add 1.2 capabilities or 1.1? Are the taglibs that define the html tags located in the project? Can you please post all the information we request in the [URL=http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-393.html]Posting Guidelines[/URL] thread at the top of this forum? That will give us some context so that we can comment further if that didn’t help you to figure out the issue?

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried using a web project with Struts 1.2. I followed the Tutorial at the above link exactly, so those steps would be more detailed than I can outline here. As far as I can tell, Struts 1.1 works fine. It’s only when I try to use the 1.2 stuff that I get trouble. Thanks in advance for your help.
