    Hello –

I’ve attempted to install the Subclipse plug in and all related plug in’s to re-connect to my SVN repository. However, no Subversion views or perspectives are available to connect to the svn repository. Since this is my first post, please let me know what additional information I have that can help resolve this issues,

    Thanks

    ebaxter,

Can you answer couple of questions for me to understand your problem better –

    1. Can you copy and paste your installation details? Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details
    2. How did you install MyEclipse? Meaning all-in-one installer / pulse / archived update site on top of eclipse classic?
    3. How did you add subclipse plugin? Can you mention the steps in detail?
    4. Have you verified that subclipse plugin is added? To verify, check Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench > Installation Details > Plug-ins?
    5. If the said plugin is installed it will be listed above. Next open Window > Open Perspective > Other > Subclipse Perspective.
    6. In case the above is not listed, click on Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center.
    7. Select Software tab. Notice Browse Software > Quick-Add Popular Plug-ins lists Subclipse and Sunversive plug-in.
    8. Select the plugin you would like to install, right click on the same and click on [add to profile]. Note if it lists *(w/related)*, it will prompt you to select the addional software to be installed.
    9. Select the software to be added to your plugin and click on [OK].
    10. This will add the managed changes under Pending Changes.
    11. Click on [Apply x changes].
    12. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps.
    13. When prompted, please choose to restart the IDE.

Let me know how this works for you.

    Best.

Wonderful Pulse saved the profile information in a different place. I needed to point MyEclipse to the Pulse configuration directory and not to the directory created when I installed MyEclipse 8.6 M1.

SVN and all the trimmings work fine now.

Thank you so much for the quick response and I apologize for the wild goose chase.
