Is it allowed to upload an app made within the MobiOne trial period ?
I needed it for quite a simple task and it was the perfect tool for that, it would have been much longer with framework more programmer-oriented (which I am btw).

Yes, you need a license in order to legally remove the red watermark text that is part of trial builds. If you choose to distribute your app with the watermark text I doubt that the itunes app reviewers will approve your app for distribution.
