    I am trying to make a for page that when submitted it emails me the information below. Please help!

    Example:

    name:
    Charlie Sample

    Email:
    mailto:Csample@yahoo.com

    Question:
    Where can I find my repair page.

    Attachments:
    You must be logged in to view attached files.

    Thank you your help. Is there any way I can have it send the email automatically, rather than have them push send from their email? In other words I want the form to be automatically emailed from pushing “submit form”. Is this possible?
