How to activate subscription in Eclipse 3.1?

Did you have the workbench installed before and later uninstalled it? I’m sorry I am a bit confused by your previous posts, could you please restate the sequence of steps after which you’re at this point?
If you have ME installed currently, you can go to Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Subscription > Enter Subscription and enter your subscription details. This option will not be available if ME is not installed for the eclipse versiont that you’re running.Best,
