Gerry SvajhartMemberEvery time I start up MyEclipse 10.7.1< it requires me to enter the subscription infornation and then do the activation. How do I get this to stop happenning? The activation message stated initially that I have 5 days to activate. As of this morning, the message stated that I have two days to activate.
I have two licenses that I initially installed on Windows XP machines and thy are not having any issues. One of the XP machines is now being replaced by a Windows 7 machine.

support-pradeepMembergjs18c,
Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
If .myeclipse.properties file is read-only for some reason, MyEclipse will have problems saving your subscription information, so please make sure that the file has the correct access privilege to write the data. (Please check this FAQ on where the MyEclipse files and folders are – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/installation-where-are-the-myeclipse-files-and-folders/ )
If you are able to able to reproduce this error even after making the above change, could you please try the following?
1) Open any perspective (you could use one which you don’t use often) and close all editors AND views. (You can restore these later using Window > Reset Perspective)
2) Restart MyEclipse – are you still asked to activate? If you are still facing issue, Could you please email support@genuitec.com with your license code and key and a link to this thread (for easy tracking) – will help us check if there is something wrong on the server side of activation.
Our latest version is MyEclipse 2013 SR2. I suggest you give it a try. You can install it alongside your current MyEclipse 10.x. Here is the link for download – http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME
Let us know how it works for you.

Gerry SvajhartMemberWas able to fix the issue. I opened the .myeclipse.properties file and copied the new subscription id and subscription code and saved the file. Then I restarted myEclipse and the new subscription id and code appearred in the subscription window but I still needed to activate. So I did the activation and as always the message stated that the activation was saved. I reopened the properties file and there was no activation key, so I added the ACTIVATION_KEY= and then pasted in the activation key and saved the file. Upon restarting myEclipse, i no longer needed to enter the subscription information. So the issue seems to be resolved.
Thanks for
