Hi,
In the course of using MyEclipse 3.8.4, the “Subscription Key Information” keeps popup asking me to enter the registration key though I’ve already enterred it.
Please help to fix this problem.

If you are using multiple workspaces then you need to enter the information in each workspace, however if this keeps occuring in one workspace please navigate to Window > Prefs > MyEclispe > Subscription, is your information displayed correctly? If not enter it and hit Apply, then restart MyEclipse. Go back and check, is it still entered there?If you’re problem persists, please email subscriptions@genuitec.com with a description of your problem, they can help you.
