My company has a 16 user Pro Edition subscription that was recently renewed. When I enter the new subscription code and restarted Eclipse, the subscription information reverts to the expired subscription information. If I do not restart Eclipse after entering the Subscription Code, then MyEclipse provides all the features of the Pro edition, until I restart the program again.

To reenter the subscription code with each new instance of the program is agrevating at the very least.

    Michael,
Can you open the .myeclipse.properties file (it should ideally be located at c:\Documents and Setting\<user name>) and check if the new key is present i this file ? You can enter the key in this file directly and check if it gets saved.

When I revised the .myeclipse.properties file no affect occured. I renamed the .myeclipse.properties file and there was no affect other than to say that my trial period had expired with the original SubscriberID. When I return the .myeclipse.properties file to its original name, it still showed that my trial period had expired. I reinstalled a new version of eclipse and MyEclipse and the subscription is working.
