I have two versions of MyEclipse on my workstation. 9.1 and 6.6.0.
We just renewed our subscription. The new Subscription ID & Code was accepted by the 9.1 version but not the 6.6.0 version. The 6.6.0 still has the Finish button grayed out.
How can I get a valid code for the 6.6.0 version?January 10, 2012 at 5:16 am #322233
support-joyMembertgorton,
I am sorry but your issue is not clear to me. Please provide below details to help me investigate further –
1. Open MyEclipse IDE (both 6.6 and 9.1), from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here
2. Could you attach a screenshot of the issue to help me get a visual
3. Attach .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log (ME 6.6)Sorry for the inconvenience.
January 12, 2012 at 5:00 pm #322312In the MyEclipse 6.6 version. Menu option MyEclipse>Subscription Information.
I then copy the new Subscriber Id and Subscription Code from the email we received from Genuitec and paste them into the Update Subscription window. The problem is that the “Finish” button remains inactive and the subscription is not Renewed.
When I follow the same steps in the 9.1 version it works successfully.I prefer not to post a screen shot of my subscriber id and code on a public forum.
Following are the Installation details of the 6.6 version followed by the 9.1

support-joyMembertgorton,
Thank you for the installation details. I am afraid, I need to take a look at the screenshot to help me get a handle on the issue. Could you [pm] me the screenshot or alternatively, send an email to support@genuitec.com, add reference of this weblink and in the subject mention ATTN: Joy for quick tracing. Also attach your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log
Sorry for the inconvenience.
