Is there anyway I can get the current version of myeclipse to run with M5?

Suneet,

Not really. M5 had a lot of breaking API changes in it. We need to go make code changes to accommodate them. Version 3.7 should be available toward the end of next week and it will be compatible with 3.0M5.
