    Greetings!

I just uploaded my app to my iPhone 4 and am delighted that it works!

However, I find that that the toolbar at the bottom of the screens still displays and obscures some of the items in my app.

    How do I resolve this?

if you launch your webapp from the link in the build center email, it will show the bottom toolbar, just like it does in safari. But, when you are in your app and use the add to home screen option(the middle one on the toolbar), then when you launch your app the bottom task or toolbar will not show. Not having a toolbar helps it to look like a native app instead of a webapp. does that make sense?

I just discovered the same thing a few days back when I checked one of my work on a friends 4s phone. The HTML5 web app doesn’t show the navigation bar. Is there any way to fix that?

    Hi anser,

As @daveclark shared the default behavior of ios webapps if launched from the homescreen will NOT include a safari button bar at the bottom of the display. You can override this default behavior disabling the Enable full-screen mode option. Find it in Window Menu > Settings> HTML Generation > iOS > Enable full-screen mode
