I check Preference->Strus 1.1 has lots of stuff, but Strus 1.0 in empty
This is because we ship the Struts 1.1 libraries with MyEclipse, so we pre-fill out this list. If you want to use Struts 1.0, you have to download it yourself and setup its libs in this dialog. Then when you set a project to use 1.0, it will copy the libs you setup into your project.
and MyEclipse Perspective mark ActionForward as unsolve, why?
Please adviceI would suggest recreating your project using Struts 1.1. The reason this is happening is because the Struts 1.0 library information is not filled out (we DON’T provide these libraries in our download). So when you added Struts 1.0 Capabilities to your project, none of the Struts libraries got copied into the project so the builder is not able to resolve the reference to ActionForward.

Source not found when debug
2. I choose Struts 1.0 by short of knowledge in Myeclipse. This is my first time.
3. Is this the only to swicth to Struts 1.1. It is a lot of work by drop and recreate a project.

Yes because of the errors you were getting in your log file. It *looks* like you have some Junk in your Eclipse/MyEclipse install left over from older versions. That, and you are getting exceptions from the jdt.debug and jdt.core plugins which are critical for successful debugging.

I understand. Its a good idea to use Struts 1.1 as it includes a lot of bug fixes and features added over the initial 1.0 release. Also the 1.0 release is very old.

In your case yes, because the Wizard (when you choose Struts 1.1) will copy all the JARs and TLDs into your project for you. If you just manually edit the .mystrutsdata file, it won’t change anything.
The advantage of using Struts 1.1 with MyEclipse is that our Wizard will setup your project so you can start coding right away. If you choose Struts 1.0, you need to download it and add it to your project correctly before you start.
