    Hello,

My RAD projects report error “Target runtime was.base.v61 is not defined”. However target runtime is defined under Properties->MyEclipse->Websphere Target Server. Build Path is ok as well, all libraries are bound.

“Enhance RAD Project to work with MyEclipse” isn’t an option once it generates “The adding struts support activity did not complete properly”. Is there any workaround to this without having to enhance? Like touching some .xml manually.

    Thanks in advance,
    Pedro.

    Pedro,

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues. Can you answer below queries for me to investigate this further?
    1. Can you copy and paste your installation details ? Open MyEclipse Blue IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details
    2. How did you install Blue? Meaning all-in-one installer / pulse / archived update site on top of eclipse classic?
    3. Can you explain what does your RAD project consist of? Does it contain multiple struts.config in web.xml? Can you give me an overview of the RAD project you are trying to migrate?

    Hi,

For your information, I’ve already opened a post reporting the enhance feature problem (https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/enhance-rad-project-to-work-with-myeclipse/#post-313902). What I’m trying to do is avoid this step.

    Pedro,

Something does not add up here. Your installation details above say

    *** MyEclipse details:
    MyEclipse Blue Edition
    Version: 8.6.1 Blue
    Build id: 8.6.1-Blue-20101117

    *** Eclipse details:
    MyEclipse Blue Edition

    Version: 8.6.1 Blue
    Build id: 8.6.1-Blue-20101117

    Eclipse Platform

    Version: 3.6.0.v20100602-9gF78GpqFt6trOGhL60z0oEx3fz-JKNwxPY
    Build id: M20100211-1343

ME Blue 8.6.1 is based on Eclipse 3.5.2 and not 3.6.0.
    Also please refer – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/enhance-rad-project-to-work-with-myeclipse/#post-313902
Here your installation details refer to ME 9.0 M1 but it does not show the base eclipse version.
Can you do the following ?
    1. Open Pulse. (Start > Programs > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download the same from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
    2. Login to pulse
    3. Select Eclipse – Galileo realm for ME Blue 8.6.1 and Eclipse – Helios for ME Blue 9.0 M1
    4. Select your MyEclipse Blue profile from “My Profiles”
    5. Right click on the same and click on [Re-install and run]
    6. This will open a wizard which will guide you through the rest of the steps.
Next recheck if the issues are fixed. These issues were fixed in ME 8.6.1 and ME 9.0 M1, but looks like the profiles you have installed are missing the fixes. I would like to verify, if the re-install fixes it. Let me know how this works for you.

    Best.

However Enhance is still giving the same Struts error.
