I scanned the 3 screens. To make sure I understand the issue it appears the center screenshot with the orange box/textarea, that the authentication fields are hidden behind the virtual keyboard. Is this the issue or is there something else?
Yes that’s the issue, the pictures are not displayed in the correct order they should be.
type in the username and you see the text box for it as soon as you touch the password text box the screen moves so you cant see the password text box
when you type anything the screen moves again and you can see the password textbox.I opened a bug for the dev team to research. Would you be able to share the design file with me to replicate locally here? Send to support at genuitec dot com to my attention (wayne).
