Debugging scans all files available in open projects while running, if you want to speed up debugging try closing projects you aren’t using.

No,I don’t think your reason is right that too more my using files.
It is fast when i use the Eclipse3.0 & Myeclipse 3.8(lot of files opening in my project)
I think it must be a bug which could make user lost interest about myeclipse4.0 or eclipse3.1

another, some times the debugging speed is fast in the myeclipse4.0 & eclipse3.1,

Can you please post all the information we request in the [URL=http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-393.html]Posting Guidelines[/URL] thread at the top of this forum? In addition, please include the *exact* set of steps that you’re performing that you’re finding “too slow” along with the time it’s taking to perform them (and include your machine configuration).

Also, it could be that you’re simply running low on memory. Please try starting Eclipse with the following:
eclipse.exe -clean -vmargs -Xms128M -Xmx512M
