Hello!

When I launch my cordova app in the android emulator and GapDebug tries to connect to the app, GapDebug opens a new page in its interface and it says 404: The requested URL /serve_rev/@186555/devtools.html was not found on this server.

I am not very wise from either the message or the console, could anyone give me a hint please?

in your regular Chrome browser?
Does it show 404 to you?
